Obviously, I’m a Navy Wife. I’m married to a wonderful sailor I met at a bar/club in San Diego. We’ve been in love since the day we met and I can’t imagine my life without him in it. We still live in San Diego, since the hubby’s stationed here, in our one-bedroom condo. And thanks to my wonderful husband, and the basic allowance for housing provided by the navy, I am currently a housewife. I spend each and every day at home maintaining the house and taking care of our two crazy dogs. And that is a blessing beyond belief. I am no longer under the control and direction of managers and store owners. I can do what I want, when I want, and how I want. And that’s how I like it! With this new “freedom”, I’m working hard to start a business called Scraps of Life, providing custom, hand-made stationery for weddings and other special events. I’m off to a slow start, but I’m enjoying the process.
